Paid Shane 200$ for a tattoo which never got finished.(he said he had to order different needles because the face was so small) Andrew had gave me a dermal less than 5 months ago which was placed totally wrong and rejected itself causing a scar on my face would not recommend putting deposits down with them or getting piercings unless you want to lose money contacted the owner and have been ignored since

Went in for a Friday the 13th and got my septum pierced by Andrew. It was completely crooked and he still sent me out the door with it. I noticed when I got home and immediately went back to have the jewelry taken out. Andrew took it out for me and I let him keep the money/tip because although he didn't apologize once, he offered to redo it after it healed. It has been a month now and I have made several attempts to come into the shop and have it repierced - only to be told that he is out sick three different times, called ahead two times and was told he wasn't in rhe shop yet - even though it was after 4pm, and showed up to the doors being locked during business hours twice. Very unprofessional and rude service. Do not recommend at all whatsoever.

I went in during the Friday the 13th sale for a septum piercing and waited in the shop for over an hour before being told I needed to leave no questions asked because somebody who didn't like me was in the process of getting pierced and asked i be removed. Very unprofessional and unfair. When I complained the male piercer followed me outside and tried to get aggressive. VERY unprofessional

Me and my cousin came in on October 29th of 2022 to take advantage of their $20 tattoo deal. We both chose the small 1978 Halloween pumpkin tattoo. I don’t have the name of the artist but he seemed to be rushing to get the tattoo done. In the end, both mine and my cousins tattoos are not fully colored in, improperly shaded, and overall looks pretty unprofessional. I’m very disappointed in the tattoo I got and the job that was done on it. I’m not sure that I would recommend this place to anyone due to the lazy work I’ve seen so far
