I emailed them to inquire about requesting their help regarding a cover up, which should have been fairly easy as it’s tiny Roman numerals. Instead of working with me, or wanting my business at all, they suggested I get it lasered off instead. Excuse me? Don’t you want money? Don’t you want to make your potential client happy and work WITH them towards something that WOULD work? I have taken my business elsewhere. I’m discouraged that they didn’t want to help me, or take my money. Seems unprofessional to me.
