Cool, friendly atmosphere! Me and my friend got Tatted by Russ. Super nice, funny dude. My friend went not too long ago and was tatted by Heather, who I was told is super nice. All around awesome place!! 100% recommend!

James recently did a cover up tattoo and it came out better than I expected. His attention to detail will keep me going back for all my tattoo work. Very satisfied with the realism!!

Heather is AMAZING! I brought my daughter, Cailyn, here for her 18th Birthday and it has been a continuing journey ever since! Heather does superior work, as do ALL the artists at Paradigm. Also extremely clean with a great all around vibe. Highly recommend! <3 <3 <3

I had been following them on Facebook for awhile. My mom, my aunt and I went to the tattoo convention in CT and we saw their booth and knew we wanted them to do our tattoos. My aunt is a breast cancer survivor so we all got matching pink ribbon tattoos. Meezo was the best, he was so fun yet professional. He took a lot of time to design their tattoos (an anchor with a ribbon) he made it perfect for them. He did the same for mine, which was a butterfly with a pink ribbon. They came out amazing, we love them. 100% would recommend Meezo & Paradigm!

I looked online for some time before choosing this shop for my tattoo. When I went in I was told to look through the book to choose who I wanted to do my work. I ultimately chose Drew whose work was amazing however, I ended up waiting over an hour for him to show up even though I kept being assured he would be there any minute. After meeting with him I made an appointment for a few weeks out to start my half sleeve. He told me to text him a photo of something I wanted in the piece and that he would send me photos in the meantime of ideas he came up with until then. I recieved nothing. Two days before my appointment I received a cancellation and two alternative dates to reschedule that would not fit my schedule. When I told Rachel this she texted back asking why I couldn't come on a Friday. Again, I told her this didn't fit my schedule. The next date out was weeks away. I ultimately asked for a refund of the deposit I put down and was texted back that this was non-refundable. This was never explained to me at the time I put the funds down. Their work may be good but their practices are certainly unprofessional. I'll be filing a claim with my bank for the return of my money since I never received any services and I already found another studio.

EDIT: I recieved an email after this post offering to refund my money because I hadn't signed the proper paperwork stating otherwise and asking me to remove my rating. Due to the fact that everything in my initial review was true and they never refunded anything, I DID have to go through my bank to get my money back, my warnings still hold. Watch out for these people. And if you want a STELLAR shop that doesn't play games with people, check my reviews for who I went with for my work ;)

I always look forward to going to paradigm tattoo. And when I do, I am never disappointed. The work is second to none, the shop is clean and beautiful, and the atmosphere is inviting. I recommend anyone who wants a tattoo, this is the place to go.

Best experience I've ever had in a tattoo shop, I was so happy throughout every part of my appiontment. James Scott is such a talented artist, I cant wait for my next session !
