I was referred to Mr. Oliver by a friend of a friend. I have to say that I was not disappointed by the quality of his work. This is my second tattoo after 14 years and it will probably be my last but I would definitely recommend his services. I was a walk in and he ask we what I was looking for I said a Phoenix but then I saw a tattoo portrait of a dog in his book and I got a portrait of my boxer Maggie. He did a super job and will return again for another tattoo

I was shocked and appalled when I saw the work halfway. It is large and crude and incorrect. The lines run across each other, shading blurs outside of the border. It absolutely looks like an angry child just slopped it down. Thank God my friend has a removal kit.
