The guy had an ambivalent attitude. I asked if they take walk-ins and he said yes (walk-ins to me mean right away) and after he pulled up images for us to look at he went right back to his phone. We found what we wanted and then he said they didn't have an opening until Sunday. Shouldn't you have said that when I asked about walk-ins?
