I have gone to this place for 6 of my tattoos. The place is super clean and the people that work there are super nice. The experience for me always been great and they make you feel comfortable. The tattoo designs I have gotten done I love them and they were beyond what I thought they were going to look like when they were done. If you are looking for a place to go get a tattoo done at and looking for a great person to get it done by I say come here they will work with you to make sure it's how you want it and make sure the placement is right how you like it.

I had a great experience! The owner, Jay, was super cool and laid back. Very easy to talk to. He had a light touch when tattooing as well, so that’s a plus! Can’t wait to go back!

Dont listen to the bad reviews. Ive gotten 3 tattoos on three separate occasions. Jay is very professional and personal. Easy to talk to and made the tattoo process feel smooth snd comfortable. Very clean as well. He explains every step. Ill always go to Jay.

Horrible experience here. Jay did my first session on my arm tattoo which was 5 hours. There was a lot of debate on the price which had a range of 800-1250. He agreed on 950 and so I gave him a tip of 100 totaling 1050. He told me the second session was included in what I paid. Then when I went to schedule the 2nd session he kept saying it's an extra 250 more. We settle on an extra 100 and I paid a deposit and schedule the 2nd session which was yesterday. He didn't answer all morning but I still drove an hour there for the time we scheduled 3 weeks ago and the place is closed with another customer waiting outside like i am. He finally responds AFTER the appointment time and says the building has maintenance issues and he had to leave. I find out from the other business owners that isn't true. He wanted me to come back another time and finish it today. Now I'm mad because he lied and can't even let me know. I took a day off work leaving a nurse short and drove an hour to get there. It's like he doesn't have a schedule book and doesn't pay attention to anything. Now I'm going to have to find someone else to finish this piece. This cat needs to go back to school to learn customer service skills. Would never recommend to anyone.

I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life . All I wanted is for him to draw out my son AUTISM tattoo cause it was very important to me and he waits til 5 days before the appointment and still not have no communication with me. If I send my money communication is priority. I get you’re swamped but don’t put that on me . Then he said IM LUCKY TO EVEN HAVE HIM DOING MY TATTOO. Like your work is not that good . I’m really upset cause this tattoo was so important to me . And I’m from chicago so maybe this is a Sioux Falls things. I have never had a problem getting a tattoo ever . So yes im very upset . Then how can you not return a deposit you made no effort to reach out to me but keep the lil 100 you need it .

Horrible service went in and the person behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. Went to get a Tattoo and man acted like I was ruining his day by coming in like this isn’t his job. Other employees were also rude and did not help. Very Racist. Place smelled unclean will be contacting health department as well dirty and should be inspected

Jays was fantastic- managed to squeeze us in late at the end of the day after we called/texted in the afternoon. Super profesional and helpful with placement, design, and sizing. Shop was clean and space was comfortable/felt safe. Jays was super laid back and so kind to answer our million questions- ink was simple but came out great, would definitely recommend for any black work or line work- his insta has lots of flash too, if I lived in the Dakotas I’d be in trouble! (Js_tattooartist).

I got two small tattoos here, and had a great experience. They were very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable, and made the experience very simple! This was my first professional tattoo and the environment was clean and comfortable to the point where I wasn’t nervous about it. The tattoos came out great! Definitely recommend this spot.

I had an amazing experience! It was a last minute thing but Jay was still able to squeeze me in. I love how my tattoo looks and the environment of the studio was great!

Jaun is very professional and listens to what his client wants and delivers beautifully. He makes you feel at ease and is, in my opinion not heavy handed which is very important to me.
