Clean shop, always sanitized. Artists are skilled and knowledgeable. I was happy with both my piercings and tattoo.

We tried to go here today and were not very happy about the customer service.
We arrived at 11:54 am and walked towards the door where a lady greeted us with the question what we wanted. We told her we were there for a piercing. She told us the shop didn't open for another 6 minutes and that we could not wait in the lobby! We went to the car and waited, no big deal, but when we walked back in there was a guy who stared us down and then asked us to be quiet because they were filming something.
In my opinion, If you act cocky like this and don't value the customers that come to support your business, that's poor customer service and I will gladly take my money elsewhere. I did not appreciate the tone either. It was rude!
You are running a business, do that filming stuff after hours If it means your customers have to be quiet like they're going to church. Not good business practices. Very disappointing!

Friend’s encouraged me to get one, and as it was my first piercing I was very unsure about it. I walked into the establishment and was helped a lot through the process. Emma was a big help through it, and actually convinced me enough to follow through with it!
Amazing time, quick process, and our conversation was definitely entertaining. I couldn’t have been more comfortable in the moment and time, and she got me out looking even better with the piercing? Blessed!

I love my tattoo but they have no respect for the person in the chair. They constantly pull the artist off the client in the chair to do a consult for the next walk in. It's completely disrespectful, they turn a 20 min tattoo into an hour long process. I'll definitely be getting my bigger custom work done elsewhere! But if you are looking for the fastfood equal of tattoos this is the place!
