"Ambition was opened in October of 2011 by Danny Fugate. As the largest studio in Knoxville, with over 3,200 square feet, all of your tattoo and piercing needs will be met with ease. We also boast the title of most award-winning and published studio in Knoxville. One of our topmost priorities is cleanliness and personal safety. Proudly, we are the only fully disposable studio in Knoxville! Stop by as early as noon on any day to check out our artist portfolios and artwork. The receptionist was super helpful and professional on the phone. I walked into the shop and immediately got made fun of and judged by a guy that worked there. Seemed like a very negative environment. I left as fast as I could.

I was tattooed by Chris Bell a few weeks ago, adding some ravens to an existing piece I already had and I have to say - for whatever reason this was the easiest tattoo I've ever gotten. I barely felt it and healing was an absolute breeze! 10/10 would recommend Chris not only for the light touch, but for his honesty and professionalism. Was very comfortable working with him and will return for more work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Piercer Erick was very fun and professional. I went to check out their large selection of jewelry just to get some earrings changed out and ended up getting a new piercing as well. They were awesome. I won't shop for jewelry or get pierced anywhere else again! Top notch shop.

Eric told me when I got my right nostril pierced that I was able to take the piercing out when it stopped hurting because “everyone heals differently” I had noticed about a week ago it had stopped hurting so I waited a week and decided to try and switch it. It came out smoothly but the new stud wouldn’t go in due to the hole shrinking/closing. It was seriously a waste now of $70 just because I was doing what the piercer told me to do. I would get my money back if I could.

Great atmosphere. My husband got his tattoo(pic), and I'm getting mine on Friday (added). Great tattoo artists, so plan ahead for that special tattoo you've been wanting! I had Titus do a cover up/addition to my first tattoo that is on my ribcage. He hand drew my tattoo based on the photos I gave him and it was exactly how I imagined it. His skill and friendliness is unmatched and he also was light handed so it was a less painful experience than my first tattoo (mine is on my ribcage). I will recommend Titus to anyone!

Chill atmosphere. Great music. Friendly and funny staff. Wes was awesome, especially since our tattoos were pretty spur of the moment. He drew exactly what we wanted and his work was perfect. Very clean shop, loved the art work. Definitely will schedule here for my next tattoo
