No Regrets

My son had his ears pierced today, and everyone was absolutely fantastic!! They respected the fact he is autistic, and the lady who did his ears explained everything to him, how the procedure was going to go, all the way down to the proper care of the piercing. We were so impressed, my son put his deposit down on his first tattoo!! If you need a place for ink therapy, or a piercing, NO REGRETS IS THE BEST PLACE!!!!!

It was anWonderful experience she was knowledgeable she was patient she explained everything to me I will be back To get the other side of my nose pierced soon

I have been here for my last two tattoos and plan on going to this shop for ALL of my future tattooing. I discussed with KP different ideas on this tattoo and he worked with me wonderfully and did an amazing job. I went back to him a second time for another tattoo and wonderful like always. He always has done an amazing job and does amazing work! High recommend.

My initial tattoo was great then I paid a 75.00 deposit on another tatto and life happened. My son had a stroke, so I rescheduled, then my artist had an accident and so I had to wait a couple of months. So I go to reschedule seeing as no one had reached out. Well the days got mixed up and I came on the 18th (may have gotten those days mixed up because I do work a demanding job) and when I called to see what the problem was I was told that they’d reach out. Today I called and was abruptly told that my deposit went into default!!!! 75.00 of my hard earned cash and they wouldn’t even offer half of it back???? Poor business judgement if I might say. Won’t ever do business with them again

I got my first tattoo last night by Ben. I was anxious and nervous. I almost passed out in the beginning, and Ben and staff were very nice, got me a coke, turned on the fan to the high setting, and after I felt better, he finished the tattoo. I felt so much better after the coke and cool air! I am very impressed by his work. He came highly recommended. My son has several tattoos by Ben. The man at the front desk is so friendly and very helpful too. I highly recommend No Regrets!

The staff was nice and inviting. Clean. Still following COVID protocols. Love my nose piercings.

We had several bad experiences at Trilogy on Highland and finally took our business to No Regrets. We have no regrets. Inger was the best. The customer service and care was excellent. We were getting ear lobe piercing.

We took my cousin to get her second hole on her lobes and the piercer was PHENOMENAL. I decided last minute I also wanted something too and they were able to squeeze me in. She walked us through every step and we even got a little text about aftercare instructions, which is super helpful for people like me who will forget the moment I walk out the door. The shop is very clean and the guy at the front desk was so nice. 100000/10

I got a tragus and upper lobe piercing, my friend got a belly piercing, another friend got a nose piercing all done by Inger. She was so sweet and explained the procedures really well and had small talk to help with MY nervousness. It was swift and short with her breathe in and out method. Would recommend. A little pricey but worth the quality. ☺️❤️

Update: Went to the doctor. The doctor and professional piercing shops identified my belly ring as NICKEL! If you don’t know, piercing should only be done with titanium. So not only was my money a waste, but the pain, doctor money, and an antibiotic. I specifically asked about the metal too, I prefer the highest grade titanium to promote the best piercing health. You can not lie about your product to a consumer, it’s illegal. And in AR it’s illegal to pierce with nickel.
Everyone is so helpful here. Justin is the best piercer I’ve ever had (I’ve had a lot). He is attentive to detail and professional while still being personable.
