Love the experience. Saint was my tattoo artist and I wasn't the easiest customer. He was professional and most of all patient. Jus visiting the area and I felt comfortable. Would recommend to anyone especially the medical personnel passing thru.

Walked in on my lunch break from work to buy a stud for my nose piercing that fell out that morning. My nose was recently pierced and I didn’t want it to close so I was desperate to put something in. I walked into this establishment and the alarm rang rang someone entered the building. Absolutely no one came out to greet me for about ten minutes. I walked further into the building and this kind man tattooing asked me what I was looking for. I told him and he said the guy would be right out to assist. I sat there another 20 minutes while the man that was said to assist me walked out and saw me at least three times. Looked straight at me and didn’t even say hello. After waiting a total of 35 minutes I went back to the kind gentleman who spoke to me initially and he yelled for I assumed to be the owner. He was clearly ignoring his calls which forced this kind man to stop what he was doing and physically two this man what I was looking for. He still didn’t bother to leave the room he was in and told me to go to another shop. I was LIVID but understood it was no fault of the messenger.
I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worse enemy. The worst customer service I have ever received and a complete waste of my time.

All Royal Flush staff has been very welcoming each time I've entered the building. My artist, Caine, has a Great Eye for art, is down to earth, & professional. I'm getting my second piece from him & it's Beautiful!! WORTH THE VISIT!!

The was the most ghetto, tattoo shop I have ever been to.... There were kids running everywhere; even though there are signs stating no kids allowed. Very provocative music playing and no good customer service. I love supporting my people but this establishment makes it hard to do so. The owner needs to humble himself👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

They are awesome! I'm very picky about my piercings, and i ask ALOT of questions intentionally before getting my piercing just to get a feel for my piercer, and everyone was amazing. I got my industrial done by Montana and babbyyyy he's amazing . Great personality and very informative about the piercing aftercare and he's funny. Definitely recommend this place, but i also highly recommend Montana, he's great .

Came with some friends last week because the shop had a 2 for 20 piercing deal. Friends took advantage of the deal, and I was quoted on what I was going to get and told it would be 20, but ended up unable to get it because they didn’t have the jewelry available.
Decided to come back a couple of days later. Right before coming, I called ahead and asked if they still had the 2 for 20 piercing special going. The lady on the phone said yes. Drove to the business, got there, and the man at the front said that they had never had a 2 for 20 deal, and that it was actually 2 for 40. I was confused, because of my experiences and because I had literally just spoken on the phone with someone in the shop 15 minutes earlier. After arguing for a while, the man disappeared to the back to “prove” his point and then came back and told me that they didn’t have the jewelry anyways.
I’m not sure what or why somebody would conduct business like this, but don’t waste your time as I did mine. Plenty of other tattoo shops in the city.
