Waited an hour and a half for just a piercing while the only piercer stood outside talking to the person the person they just pierced 20 minutes ago. The staff was annoying and rude. Worst shop I've been to. We called ahead and arrived on time and they took other people's business after we already talked to them. The artists abilities are very limited as well. We ended up not even getting the simple Monroe piercing for my wife after such a long wait and I'm a very patient person. Never coming back again.
