Victor was very precise setting up and sanitizing everything. He did an awesome job. He was great. For 77 yrs old and a first tattoo, I am impressed.

Got there 30 mins after opening and he only had one tattoo scheduled.. we were turned down for 4 simple small tattoos.. artist wouldn’t even give us the time of day to speak to us.. clearly not in the business to make money. Lame.
