I went in for a friday the 13th tattoo and had a bad experience with the artist Juan. I’ve gotten a tattoo here prior and it was a pleasant experience, the staff is very nice and they even had snacks lined up for the customers. However, this tattoo experience has not been desirable. For one thing I had marked off on the sheet that I was going to be paying extra to remove the 13 and then told the artist twice that I didn’t want it. One of the first things he does is add the 1 and after I say I didn’t want it he just looks at me says sorry and keeps going to which I had to ask if he would be able to shade over it. He agreed, but due to the anxiety it gave me I looked away while he finished the lining and once I looked back the lines were shaky, uneven, and the circles were not… well circles to say the least lol. I ended up leaving after noticing this and luckily he told me I wouldn’t be charged. However once I got home I noticed my tattoo was bleeding a lot despite never having a tattoo bleed like that. I thought it was weird, shrugged it off. The next day multiple of the lines were red and I looked closer and realized some of it was blown out. The next day the tattoo is yellowish like a bruise which despite having 20ish tats I’ve never experienced before. I would recommend literally any other artist here, the staff is respectful and nice. However I do not recommend Juan, Im not sure if he is an apprentice but I don’t think he should be working on actual skin if something this simple resulted in something like this.

WOW!!! This place is GREAT! I had best friend matching tattoos done with my best friend last night and we were greeted right away and Isabella came over to talk to us and go over what design we wanted. She made sure to get the design perfect for us, and quoted us a really good price. Before she got started she made sure to sanitize and get everything set up perfectly and very clean. During the tattoos sure was so nice and We all had such a great conversation, which made it so much better as I was very nervous. I have never had a tattoo artist and which I have had A lot in common with. Isabella you rock and did such an amazing job we are so happy with our tattoos and I’m so glad we went to you you are now my forever tattoo artist!

Love this place! I've gotten my last 3 tattoos here with Yogi. He's awesome! My mom got one with Bella too. She loves it and it's beautiful! Everyone is cool and knowledgeable. Very clean and chill environment. Definitely would recommend 👍

Let me start by saying she did an AMAZING job!!! Literally made my tattoo come to life, made sure I was comfortable and discussed colors and details .. I LOVE IT!! Very clean, professional and just a GREAT artist! Lucky to have crossed paths bc I will definitely come back to see her sooner than later and send ppl her way!

I went in hoping to get several small-ish tattoos at once and was hoping to avoid nickel and diming having to pay a shop minimum for each one (all working towards an eventual collage-like sleeve). Yogi was super understanding of what I wanted and gave me a great price for them all. He was also super quick, I was in and out of the chair in what felt like 15 minutes max. My friend ended up working with a women (Bella I believe) and she helped my friend put together a really gorgeous tattoo that was also really well priced. Both artists actually asked what our budgets were and seemed like they cared about putting together tattoos that worked within our budgets. The shop was clean, the vibe was easy-going, everyone was nice, and all staff that we saw were wearing their masks the whole time. 10/10 going here for my next tattoo.

I had a coverup that needed to be done. I talked with artist in Pflugerville and Austin and was told they couldn’t do it. I talked with Ian and he said if I let him take my ideas and put his twist on it he could do it. Well I will say Ian did an amazing job and will definitely go back to Ian.
