I just got my first tattoo here and I am amazed! I got a pretty large tattoo down my back. Shaun did such an amazing job! He was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He answered every question and concern with no problem or irritation. The receptionist kept checking on me. Everyone in the shop really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. A very clean shop. Shaun will have my business from here on out! I can't recommend this shop enough!!

My artist was extremely nice, I have no complaints with customer service by any means. But I have gone back for touch ups and still the shading doesn't stay. I don't have any issues with shading on any of my other tattoos. This one seems to be worse after the touch ups. My personal experience was not too bad but I cannot say the same for my friend who came with me. Her artist was rude and very inconsiderate. Seemed completely bothered when she tried contacting her for more work. I don't know if either of us will be back.
