Not the first time I’ve gone and place was closed early than stated on the times. This time specifically got under my skin because I called ahead and asked if they were open till 8pm. That I was finishing up cleaning my studio and I was on my way. I called at 7pm. Get there at 735 and the place is locked up closed with no one there. The guy left early after stating he would be there knowing I was coming. Waste of my time. Don’t tell someone you are staying open when you decide to lock up early and go home.

Went in for tattoo numbing cream, asked what they recommended & she told me which one and how to apply and how long before service . Numbing cream was a bit pricey but needed it so paid for it anyway rather then waiting to order one and see if I would get it on time.

I have been going here for a couple of years and I recently moved to Atlanta GA, I bought a machine from them a while ago and could not get in contact with the company, I hit up Dallas tattoo supply and they immediately mailed me the parts I needed for my machine and did it overnight, super professional and got back to me ASAP! Thanks guys you’re awesome !
