Got the prettiest little pink cancer ribbon and I'm pleased as can be! Shop was clean and fashionably decorated and the two handsome young tattoo artists were nice as pie! I may get another tattoo...

I would give a zero star if that was possible. My husband got a tattoo here exactly one week ago today. While he was getting his tattoo, he set up an appointment for me for today( which I'll get to in a minute). After doing everything the guy told him to do to care for his tattoo it was not healing he went to the emergency room friday to find that it is severely infected. He text the guy that did it before he went to the emergency room all he wanted was the guy to look at it to tell him what he could do to fix it but the guy refused and didn't want my husband to go up there (my husband had intended on calling him when he got there to meet him in the parking lot). This guy blamed my husband for it becoming infected but he did exactly what he was told to do. I was still willing to use him today to get my 3 tattoos done, i text him yesterday at 2pm to see if he was still willing to do them he didn't respond untill 1:30am saying that he would. Yea almost 12 hours later, needless to say we will never use that place again because one this one guy and he would have made a $1000 off just me alone with all the tatts i want. I will be posting a picture od my husbands infected tattoo.

This is by far the best tattoo parlor i've ever been too! Everyone is amazing!! The shop is really clean and their prices are reasonable.

I went there yesterday it was the best Customer service, they were chill and I love my tattoo. I recommend Ross and Ashley.

The shop is clean and I love that there's not flash everywhere. They do great work in and out no bs. Call to schedule they don't do walk ins. Ask for bdash he kills it.

Great environment to go get a tattoo. Very welcoming to ideas, clean shop from when you walk into the door to the bathroom in the back. The artist are very nice which makes it a great atmosphere for customers.

Came in here a few weeks back to get a small wrist tattoo of mine fixed paid $80 and walked out 20 minutes with shaky lines and just sub par work as well as what seemed like random people hanging out in the back of the shop. Over priced for the level of work received.

I made first appointment a couple months ago, canceled... we made a second appoitnement, canceled... then Blake Thomas makes a third appointment with me, then leaves me hanging... never shows up. Didn't even have the decency to answer any calls or messages. I wasted my whole night driving to conroe, and waiting for him. I just feel like I got screwed over.

They only book through Facebook which seems just illogical. And then when I finally got an appointment I show up and dude tells me he has no time. They’re rude and like to waste people’s time.

Mr Michael Michaelsen is awesome if you ever thought about a tattoo here's the place to get it! The other artist a pretty awesome too!
