This place is awesome. I’ve been working on my sleeve for the last year or so with Hayden and it’s really coming along. He is such a talented artist and easy to work with. He takes his time on the designs he creates and listens to what I want to incorporate or take out of the design. Been extremely impressed with him.

Shay, the real deal! Been 16 years since my last tattoo. Came in with a design, he made the necessary adjustments and recommendations, and got to work... I could not have been more pleased with the work or the atmosphere of the shop. Can't wait to go back.... finally found a place I felt comfortable from start to finish. Will definitely recommend Black Moon to everybody....

Shay, the shop owner, is awesome and he’s great to see when stopping in the shop. I was so happy they were able to squeeze me in when scheduling and they had me message their IG what I had in mind to get tattooed.
The day of the tattoo, I was disappointed since I got a memorial tattoo for a friend. Julia basically printed everything I sent for an idea from Pinterest and didn’t change it up much at all. I wanted the artist to incorporate their own take and what would be best. It was hard with the language barrier unfortunately. If it’s your first time like mine, Chris Chaos would chime in for Julia and he can be really intimidating. Since he’s super straight forward and blunt. So I got somewhat what I wanted in a time crunch.
I just don’t think $200 for a simple tattoo 2.5” W x 1” L is that great for someone who’s lines are awesome but they’ve openly tattooed for a year avg so far. The next guy I went to laughed when I told him the cost for it also. Complimented the line work but overall not worth the price I paid. They say every day is consultation day but then you’re rushed if you ask for any tweaking and the artist has to draw something else up, re-print and so on. Then they have another appt after you. It kinda seems like a fast food of a tattoo shop.

Omg this was an absolutely amazing experience!! My tattoo looks so clean and beautiful people think it’s fake at first. It was my first tattoo and they were so nice and understanding and helpful! Forever my favourite place to go

Literally one of the best tattoo experiences I've ever had. When they were at their last location I had my philtrum done there too. Great experience as well. I spoke with Mr. Shannon Blankenship aka Shay on their Instagram page. I threw a lot of stuff at him but when I finally settled, my husband too, it was painless to get started. We paid the deposit on all three tattoos the night before, he hooked it up for 10$ a piece. We came in at our appointment time & forgot it's cash only & he said no problem. He set up while we went to the bank & even let me go next door to Starbucks. He made absolutely sure I was happy with placement & size & I asked his professional opinion as well. He's an extremely easy going guy, plays great industrial music during the process & has a light hand. If you've ever gotten ink you know how important that light hand is. As the night progressed & he tattooed my husband it almost felt like we were all friends. We could relate on a bunch of levels. He's been tattooing for 12 years & his significant other works there too. Ms Lola an amazing artist 🎨. Stay did great work on both of us & I've NEVER had an artist say he backs his work 100% so if we need a touch up he's more than happy to do it. I believe this goes for everyone in the shop. They're award winners for a reason. Sorry I'm gushing. Looking for good work, clean & professional environment then go to Black Moon.

This was the only shop that had got back to me within a few hours. Very clean place. Shay did an awesome job on my tattoo. Great rates. They work with your schedule. Also very experienced! Thanks Shay for being awesome!

I would personally like to thank Chris for the professionalism and excellent customer service he presented today for me with piercing multiple places on my ear! I know my tragus was a rough one, but thank you for being so patient and understanding with me! I highly recommend Chris for any piercing anytime! To be honest, the whole staff was wonderful! Anyone who walks in will definitely feel a welcoming vibe! Thanks again Chris! I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Every tattoo I've gotten with Shay has been an exceptional display of professionalism. As it was my first tattoo, Shay took his time explaining the process to me, making sure I understood everything and ensuring that I felt comfortable with each step. He worked with me to design exactly what I wanted, and his artistic abilities are absolutely amazing. During my sessions, Shay was very easy to talk to, and made the 6 hours fly by. I haven't met the new artists that Shay has hired, but I can confidently say that Shay would only hire artists he feels will produce exceptional tattoo's, while providing high levels of customer service. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

Chris Chaos did a tattoo for my friend and I. He was amazing from the moment we walked in. He talked with us and did the tweaks we asked for in our tattoo design with no complaints. He was extremely professional and made us feel comfortable with jokes and small talk. The shop was extremely clean! This was a major win for me! I'm in love with his tattoo!!
