Mike did my tattoo today and it came out absolutely beautiful! Hes such a great artist.. I will definitely be going back for him to finish my half sleeve.

First of all I had a scheduled appointment with David & it started of great until he cancels on you almost an hour before your scheduled appointment where you were dropping about $300, talk about unprofessional. Now the excuse he gave me seemed legit(family emergency) and totally sympathized for him so I was ok to reschedule but needed the tattoo done by August 10 and he said he had to check his books to see if he can get me in. At that point I was just like let me just cancel this and try and go to someone else. So I then texted him and asked him if I could just get the 80 back because I just didn’t wanna end up doing the tattoo from him anymore since I didn’t know if he was going to be able to do it before the 10th. After telling him I just didn’t want to do the tattoo anymore he then proceeds to tell me and I quote “Hold on let me get back at u in a few mins gonna see if I can get away.” I then proceed to tell him and I quote “It's ok I fully understand your situation and I just don't want you to be distracted today. Is it ok if can swing by to collect the 80?“ (NOT AWARE THAT THE 80 WAS NON-REFUNDABLE BECAUSE HE DIDNT TELL ME, HE JUST GAVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE $80, COULD OF EXPLAINED CLEARLY) then he proceeds to tell me and I quote “The 80 is for the drawing I'm gonna be there at 630 if u can make it“

I then head over to the shop to try and collect my 80 and was informed that he could tattoo me rn. At that point I was confused because I thought you had a family emergency, I thought you were just gonna give me my 80 back and to top that off the drawing and final drawing didn’t look alike!!!!! I was not comfortable with him tattooing me at that point so I just walked out without saying a word because I was already upset. First you are going to cancel on me LAST MINUTE then change your mind when I don’t want to be tattooed by you.

What really upsets me is that he has the audacity to post on his instagram of course without my name on it of the initial drawing he did, not even the final unfinished piece about how and I quote “shady” I was. No I was not “shady” I didn’t feel comfortable getting a tattoo when I felt like someone was in rush especially when they had a lot on their mind due to a “family emergency”. With that being said I normally do not post reviews but that post was the last straw for me. I’m very upset.

I've waited 30 years to work up the courage to get a tattoo. Thanks to everyone at Electraart for your hospitality. A special thanks to BRIAN. He created and completed my tattoo. It looks amazing. I LOVE IT! Would highly recommend this place.

Brian did good work on my tattoos. He did the best drawing of my mother who just passed away. Thanks hope to see you soon to do another full sleeve.

Went in to get a rook piercing! DeShae (sp?) Was INCREDIBLE! Super clean and nice shop, great job and looks amazing! I will come get pierced here again!

Went to get matching tattoos with multiple friends this past weekend. They had two separate people do the tattoo. My friends came out most awesome and was done by Bruce Joseph. Mine was done by Mike and it's HORRIBLE!!! The two don't look anything alike and I'm very disappointed in this experience. Especially that it costed me $100 for something I'm going to have to have someone else work on. It's really bad!!! The outline was messed up. The coloring of the tattoo is messed up. No shading or highlights on mine. He just left a huge hole in the middle of the design as a "light reflective part". I told him to color it in, it looked so bad. If it's simple one color with no detail or shading, then Mike is probably ok. I'm SSSOOO disappointed that my regular guy at a different shop was out of town. Then this would have never happened. I'm not going to be getting any more work done at this shop. I had better luck with Don at Axis for another matching set I got, because of how another friend and I were treated and the attitude we got here. We left and went to Axis. She and I were very happy with how we were treated and the work we received. He even offered to fix the messed up tat that I got here.

I got 2 dermal piercings for just $100 and she changed the jewelry on 2 that I already had for free. Idk her name shes little and blonde and she did a great job I highly recommend both this place and that piercer

Very professional, fair prices. Tattoo artist was very nice and catered to what we asked for. Felt very laid back and relaxed, no pressure. We walked in and were getting the tat very quickly afterwards. thanks a ton!

The talent in this building is phenomenal! I've been both tattooed and pierced here several times. Clean facility and professional artists make this the number one place for body art in the city!
