I went to Midgard for the first time for Halloween flash tattoo. Their space is beautiful, open, and clean. Everyone I talked to was professional, kind, and excited to have me there! Molly understood what I wanted, gave me thoughtful input, and is easily my new favorite artist. Highly recommend Midgard!

I love this location! I’ve gone to both here and the Valkyrie location and every artist I’ve met has been phenomenal! I’ve had Molly tattoo me several times now and Pam and her apprentice, Dani, have helped me with my piercings!

Me and a friend wanted to get our tattoos done here because they were highly rated and saw a ton of recommendations.
We walked in on a Wednesday night to see if we could get them done, both small tattoos. They told us no one was available for walk ins, which is fine I understand covid has impacted a lot of things and they may not get many walk ins. I was given the Instagram of one of the artists by the lady at the front and told me to message him and get scheduled. I messaged him the next day, got a response asking what we would like done, I told him then it was read and no response. I get they’re small and simple tattoos and if you don’t want to do them then say you’re unavailable, but to straight out not respond is really unprofessional, especially when I was given your specific Instagram. My dad passed away recently and wanted a simple tattoo to remember him by. Maybe he forgot or something came up, but I feel like I was brushed off simply due to what I wanted.

I’ve been wanting to do a piercing as part of the grieving process after losing my grandmother. I was extremely close to her, as she raised me and was also my best friend. Since this was much more than just a regular piercing to me, it took me a very long time to find someone I trusted. Then, I found Pam at Midgard. She had beautiful work on Instagram and when I called with my questions, she took time to listen and explain everything. She had a level of understanding about what I was going through that I hadn’t encountered before. She even managed to fit me in as a walk-in that same day. I decided on piercing my tragus on both ears. Pam was precise, gentle and quick. The experience was very cathartic for me. I highly recommend Pam, as well as Midgard Tattoo.

Polite. Professional. The best part is that the artist who work there are all friendly and fun. Shops commonly have a toxic stigma when it comes to artist; Midgard, on the other hand, is super friendly to all visitors. I will be returning.

My appointment was rescheduled twice.
When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment the receptionist said my artist wasn’t there. They called the artist and said “I think they double booked because they don’t have anyone down for today. I’d email them.”

I did and was offered to reschedule a third time, but declined.

I understand stuff can come up, but it’s hard when the receptionist tells me “they didn’t book anyone” and when the artist tells me “something came up.” I feel lied to. And I drove and hour to get there, just to drive an hour back home after a no-show artist.

They apologized. Midgard and Valkyrie are still great and comfortable shops, but I haven’t had the best luck these last few times when I’ve attempted to get a tattoo.

I got a halloween flash tattoo done by Cora and it turned out amazing! She was so nice and walked me through every step of the process and checked up on me periodically. I will definitely be coming back here and definitely recommend getting a tattoo done here!

Pamela is a gem. She made me feel extremely comfortable when she was stretching out my piercing. I would recommend her to anyone who asks.

Over the last two weeks I’ve gotten my first and second tattoo, my first was a walk in with Noah and the second was with Aadam. Both of them were professional and super nice. I love both tattoos and although I didn’t get to talk to Noah so much because I was nervous and it was a small short tattoo, I did get to talk to Aadam. My session with Aadam was amazing he made sure me and my friend (who was getting a tattoo done by him afterwards) were comfortable and situated and I really appreciate all the time he took with us. Both were very respectful and I look forward to getting more tattoos here.
