Very happy with my experience! My Medusa piercing was done by Melissa and she was so sweet, professional, quick, clean, and even let me kids watch and she was so kind to them. She also wore a mask while she pierced me which I appreciated. She made sure I was happy with the placement before she pierced me, and when I wanted it slightly higher she happily marked it again perfectly! I ended up with exactly what I wanted. ☺️ Altogether everyone I spoke with at the shop was super nice and friendly. It made me less intimidated which I always am when I walk into tattoo shops 🤣 Will probably go back soon for another piercing!

If I could leave another review I would. Went back after two years to get my septum re-done. I swear they are the only ones I trust. Amazing job. Great people. Chill atmosphere. Prices that can't be beat.

First had to wait 2 hours for the tattoo artist to show up then he over charged me ($100) for a 2x2 wrist tat that wasn’t even in the right color, i asked for red and got black; also i got my septum pierced and they did it too low on the cartilage and claimed that i moved which i did not because my friend was recording..and didn’t give me an option for a nose ring just gave me a big thick nose ring. i will not go back here ever again,terrible customer service and terrible prices.

After 6 months, my industrial piercing began to push its way out. I went in to fix it and had to pay full price plus some for just the top piercing when I had itdone in the shop originally.
Yes I did speak to management. All she said was "it's still $60"

Had made an appointment for Saturday at 3 pm to get a forearm piece done. I show up to my appointment and am told that they had booked me and three other people at the same time. So I would have to come back at a later time. So after several failed attempts to get in contact with my artist to change the time I finally just called the main number for pumping ink. Talked to them and schedule my new appointment for the following day at 1 pm. I show up and get told that I was an hour early that we had agreed my appointment was at 2pm instead of 1pm. I end up staying and waiting for my scheduled time and when i finally get called back my artist who was supposed to already have started working on drawing up my design that I showed him days prior is barely starting. He cut out a lot of detail from my original idea and I didn’t know this until after he finished. Very disappointed.

--The service was great. Pretty fun dudes. Kept us entertained, and it was worth the wait. Two things and a complaint though:
1. Waited too long bc even though I was next, the dude took two people before me. I dont care if they were quick piercings, I was there first.
2. Price was ok for the detailed of my dreamcatcher, but when I reminded the artist what he had forgotten, he'd get an attitude. Im sure it was just joking around bc we laughed it off, but I still think he wanted to cut corners bc it was getting late and I was the last one. Not my fault he took two people before me when it was my turn. He was cool though. He did add the requests.
Lastly, it did look great (the dreamcatcher) until now thats healing. You can see he missed a few spots. I highlighted and put this pic on black and white so you can see the spots he missed. If you look closely, the gray ish spots, they're pieces missing. Or not enough ink. It looks awful. It looks like my little brother drew it on with sharpie.
I will be calling you guys. And once it heals and make sure it is missed spots, I will fly out there for you to fix it. Oh yeah, I am not from Texas. I was there on vacation. And now I have to fly back bc of their rush.

Pumping ink is amazing! Friday I went in to get my septum pierced (4th time getting it done) and she did an amazing job. The clamp was too tight and it felt weird but she loosen it a little. Everything went great and I'm happy with the service!!
