I just wanted to share my appreciation for Nichole, the shop manager of Bones Poke & Smoke. I was in from out of town for a medical specialist appointment, and was sent for a CT scan. I had to remove my piercing for the CT scan, but had a pretty big gauge piercing that was clamped together. I tried but was unable to pry it open and I knew the radiology facility would not be able to. I found Bones Poke & Smoke on google maps, and was waiting at the door when Nichole came to open the shop. I was frantic and was asking for a favor to have her use her tools to remove my piercing. She was so sympathetic and turned on the lights in the shop and then immediately helped me so I could be on my way to my imaging appointment.
I know this review isn't for a piercing or a tattoo, but the way the shop is run and managed, says a lot. Thank you Nichole for all your help. I wish you and the shop the best of luck!
