SO I want to start by saying this shop is beautiful and clean. I wanted to love it. Booking was easy, staff was responsive, they had great reviews, etc.
When we got there we had to wait almost an hour for the artist to arrive/to take us back. Once he did he had no idea what we wanted and had to sketch for another 15 minutes or so, despite me sending photos of what we wanted weeks before.
All this I could EASILY overlook except it has been less than 6 weeks since I got my tattoo and it is completely GONE. I followed the care instructions exactly. Truly disappointing.

Tattooed by Zack with a minimal tat, and as a walk in. Everyone was so pleasant and he did amazing! Light handed for a rib placement. Super fun atmosphere and clean, with a definite focus on artistry. Highly recommend.

Diego was awesome. I just wanted a simple book quote tattoo. I was pretty indecisive about the font, size and even the punctuation, but Diego was super patient and professional and his lettering was on POINT! I SWEAR he should get an award for how perfect his letters were……I’ll DEFINITELY be recommending him! Thanks again!

Got an appointment no knowing much about this studio. When I checked in Brandon met me and showed me how he had interpreted my picture and info. It was like he could feel my intent and what I wanted! Sat in the chair and the next thing I know the outline was done. Getting back in the chair he listened while I talked about why it was significant. As I looked around the shop, everyone was friendly and all the other works in progress were amazing. I’m going back here for my next one!

I went in to this place for the first time to get a double nostril piercing and the piercer Darby was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and confident and gave me all the info I needed. 10/10 recommend

Andrew was amazing! Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He pierced my daughters third lobes and a flat for me. They look great! Found my new piercer!

Literally the best piercer in DFW. I hate getting piercings, I get super scared super nervous and Sam is literally the only person in the metroplex area that has been able to keep me not only relaxed and happy, but just knows exactly what she’s doing & keeps you super calm and there’s no pain with any of her piercings. She’s such an incredible person and if you have the opportunity to go see Sam I highly recommend making an appointment because she knows exactly what she’s doing and I will never let anyone else Pierce me ever again.
