I came in to get my septum pierced super nervous bc before had a bad experience somewhere else and nelly did an amazing job she let me relax and didn’t rush me and such a good vibe I loving coming there and I’ll be coming back to get more piercings.

there was no one at the front desk , i waited almost 40 minutes , the barbers just looked and didn’t say a word , what kind of service is that? , i could just hear people laughing over the wall.
