From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything was fantastic! James Buster is THE BEST! He's an awesome artist and a phenomenal guy. He listened to what we wanted and that's exactly what we got. He was very attentive to it being perfect for us.
He is a wonderful conversationalist and walked my daughter through her first tattoo. She was completely at ease and comfortable through the entire process.
The shop is big and bright, with plenty of mirrors to check your new ink in. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.
We cannot wait to plan our next tattoo so we can see Buster again.

This place absolutely is the worst place to get a job. Do not work for these people. They will hire and fire you in an instance all because they didn't agree with a clients opinion of artwork, because a client liked another tattoo artists work that worked there more than the one you was trying to send them to! So you fired your own tattoo artist whose work is exceptional. Because of that. WOW! Total Unprofessionalism at its finest.

I went in today to get my first ink. Yesterday completed my 60th trip around the sun and I lost my better half 2 and 1/2 years ago suddenly. I decided to honor both my birthday and him by getting this tattoo. This is how he always signed his cards to me - Mario - took the time to talk to me. He took photos of the cards, made several mock ups and this was the one he felt was the best and so did I. He did the most amazing work and I so love it! Thank you Mario. I will send everyone who asks your way, and I will be back because I want at least two more……. Thank you again. Amazing work and my heart is overjoyed!

Really recommend!!!My artist Chess was super nice and made my first experience of getting a tattoo spectacular. The place was very clean and the people were very nice. This was my first time coming to a new place and would come again in the future for a new tattoo. Y’all should definitely come to this place :) . Love this tattoo ❤️❤️

I can not thank Mario enough for doing this AMAZING piece for me, he was the the perfect artist for the job! It’s the most well done piece I have on me. Mario’s attention to detail & congeniality made me finally feel like I found a tattoo artist I can be comfortable with & trust. I went to Mario at Boss Frogs and came away from there just blown away by his professionalism, his artistry, and his vision for the tattoo he gave me. It turned out to be more than I could have imagined. I left there speechless! I got mine on my foot and my mom got the same tattoo yesterday on her calf and he did a beautiful job again! We wanted matching tattoos but he made each unique in their own way. Thanks so much Mario for making our vision a reality!

I wanted to give this place a 5 star review but my only issue I had was this. My tat artist did an absolutely awesome job on my forearm tat. Super cool dude, nice conversation. Loved my tattoo.
My issue is with the front desk girl with the curly hair. She decided it would be funny to jumpscare my tattoo artist to ask him what he wanted for dinner while he was actively tattooing me. I would like for the owner or manager to get in contact with me about this situation.

They had good service when I came in to have a quick consult with an artist. Jacob did a great job fixing a botched tattoo I previously got at a different shop. Clean facility. I'm happy and I'd go back for another tattoo or recommend this place to friends.
