I don't usually write reviews but i feel like coming here was a waste of time. I went on a Saturday afternoon, mind you it was pretty slow. I wanted to get a tattoo and the girl that was helping me told me it would be around 2 hours to get it ready but she would call me when she was ready and had me fill out the form with all of my info. I left and didn't hear back. 2 hours passed and i decided to call and no one answered and i noticed it was closing time. So i decided to show up and at least get an explanation on why i never heard anything. She opened the door and told me that I left. I told her she told me that she would call me and she didnt. She was like no i told you to wait here and proceeded to ask if i would like to reschedule for monday. 1. Why would she want me to wait for 2 hours in the lobby (even though i heard her clear as day that she would call me) 2. I left my ID when i first walked out and came back to get it in case i needed it within the 2 hours of waiting and she told me "ok let me just make a copy." If she saw me walk out thinking 'i left' why would she still make a copy? She was nice but whether or not it was 'miscommunication' she could've at least reached out to ask if i was still interested or not. Unprofessional if you ask me

I just wanna give a big thank you to mr. Lalo Reyna! He is amazing and he has a wonderful skill! I love my tattoo so much. He was very gentle and nice and I would recommend anyone to get a tattoo by him. I can’t wait to see him again soon for the next part of my sleeve tattoo! I also wanna say a big thank u to mrs. Alvarado because she was also kind and reassured me that I would be just fine!

Alicia, was so accommodating, nurturing, and was absolutely tres leches luscious! The tattoo she helped me with was a memorial for my Roxy Boxy who passed. She was patient with my not being accustomed to a bigger tattoo. (only my second). I highly highly recommend this shop! Also Alicia of course!
