I went for their Friday the 13th special. I loved the entire experience. I love my tattoo I got. They did a great job. If you're planning on going during their next Friday the 13th special in December. I recommend getting there as early as possible. At about 930 pm they were turning ppl away.

Called to make an appointment & said he'd call us back in a hour. We went by his place & lights were off as they were leaving parking lot. Tried calling but no answer. That's not good business!!! We waited out of town for an hour to be called to come in for tattoos.. will not be back!

Quick at getting the piercings done, but the last few times I've been in contact with the employees or whatever, their not friendly at all and For three piercings it was 120. Going back to them, wouldn't be my first choice.

Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. No warm greeting once entering into business establishment and absolutely no structure to waiting list or appointments. Twice I went to get an appointment and both times I was given the run around. I even called one of the employees to schedule appointment and he did not document my appointment.
I would highly recommend another business if looking for professionalism.
