I'm sure the piercing and tats are amazing so I'm going to rate a 5 BUT went in today with a friend to get a piercing and the gentleman was really rude about it. Wanted a daith piercing and was told that i had to talk to Stephanie about it we were like okay. We sat there for a while and I finally walked in the back to find her and he came out said if she was here she would of talked to us already anyways all around RUDE how he handled everything don't feel comfortable going back. Wish the business best of luck!!!

Called twice to verify that we could book my 14 year old a piercing for her Christmas gift. Both times was told yes and we set up an appointment. To be sure,, we brought along her birth certificate to verify age. Upon arriving we were told the 14 year old must have a government issued photo ID. AT 14? I have no idea what type of photo ID most 14 year olds would have.

I went here for my first tattoo and it turned out perfect. I had my grandmas handwriting transferred over and he did it spot on. Chris tattooed me and was excellent, it was on my foot and barely hurt. He was patient and worked with me on getting it just how I wanted it. His shop and tools were also very sanitary.

I go to Jen for every single one of my piercings and she never ever disappoints, will come here u til the day i die. 10/10 recommend for any type of piercing.

Bryan at Lucky hand is among the most talented tattoo artists of his time. The piece he is doing on my wife looks like paint has been delicately applied just under her skin. It's is blended and smooth and looks like brush strokes. The man is personable and amazing.

I still havent gotten to get the tattoo I'm planning yet but I love the shop. Will review again once I get some ink. I've gotten three piercings here and all went very well (had a minor swelling problem with my snake bites but they helped me out a lot). Definitely reccomend

Got my nose pierced at another location a few years back, however, it ended up getting infected so had to let it close, then went and got it repierced at luckyhand by Jennifer, it has not gotten infected, and I have not had any problems. I love my piercing and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a piercing!
