I cannot tell you just how happy I am. The atmosphere is just incredible, and I felt important from the moment I walked in. I've been waiting what seems like forever to get my nose and ear (industrial) pierced, but Joel is sooo worth the wait!! He is so charismatic and vibrant. His attitude is super contagious, and there's no stopping the excitement once you start talking to him. I'm in love with my piercings. I feel Joel and the Trufant shop deserve more than 5 stars. Seriously 100 out of 10.

If I could give no stars I would. The artist messed up my line work as well as did not fill in the color all the way. Also a doctor diagnosed me with MRSA from the tattoo shop. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I've now had to fight MRSA for about a month.
