I had a piece done by Ruffo in August that ended up being a bit more complicated than anticipated because my skin starts swelling very quickly - was given a warning that because of this, we might have to do touch-ups because that can interfere with getting the ink to stay.
Despite the worry, my tattoo healed AMAZING. No touch ups needed and the end result was everything I wanted.
Personally, I went to the shop directly to consult on the tattoo face-to-face. Ruffo immediately was able to talk through what could and could not be done with watercolor tattoos, gave me a quote that never budged and was absolutely reasonable, and was willing to share his opinions without ignoring what I wanted. He was able to get me a one-sitting appointment in a week for a five hour piece.
I have recommended them to friends several times and will continue to do so.

The service was good and my tattoo was done by Ara! Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that she did leave me a bit of scaring making my tat's color look a bit uneven.

Would definitely not recommend. Made appointment for 11am and artist never made it to the shop! After waiting almost 2 hours and receiving messages he was on his way I finally got fed up and left. Definitely not professional and no way to run a business.

I called on the 6th of Dec to see about setting an appointment for a chest tattoo. I was given a personal cell phone number which I used and sent a text message. I still have not been called back or text back about the work I'd like to have done. This has made me feel so bad because this was the 1st time I was going to use the ALL STAR TATTOO shop!
