Got recommended here from a family member. Best. Experience. Ever. The girl that did my nose piercing was super friendly and did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier with it. Plus, it was only $25! Professional and cheap: what could be better?

Very expensive Poor quality of work they brag about having a lot of experience and being the best but work does not back up what they say. My snake bite piercings were not placed in the same area. They were supposed to be right on the bottom of the lip line. BUT! One was right on the bottom of my lip line and the other was right on the line of my lip. I called to see if I can get my money back and the only option they gave me was to get re-pierced. I told them that that would hurt to get re-pierced next to the other piercing when it hadn’t even been 24 hours that I had just got them pierced. I would have appreciated it if they had just gave me half of my money back.

I’ve gotten my industrial, nostril, lobes, eyebrow, bridge, septum, smiley and navel done here. No major complications, very clean and great prices. Pretty much all of the staff I’ve dealt with were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a redhead who did my eyebrow and I’m not sure if she is still there, but if she is, she is great!

Best place to get piercings done. Being my first piercing experience I was a bit apprehensive. Alyssa who did my piercing was sweet and patient with me. Took the time to explain the process and the benefits I will have with Tragus piercing. I have to say since my piercing (2 months ago) I have not experienced a headache. Looking forward in going back and get my Daith piercing soon. I highly recommend Alyssa to get your piercings done.

I got my tongue pierced recently but unfortunately had to take it out. She pierced it WAY TOO CLOSE to the tip of my tongue that I couldn't extend my tongue all the way at all. I couldn't even get my tongue the slightest bit out of my mouth. It didn't swell btw so I know it wasn't from that. She didn't give me time to say where I wanted it either. (Edit- I gave them another chance and got my nose pierced. Again it was a huge fail. I did everything she told me to do for aftercare. She said I could change it at 6-8 weeks. I just tried to change it, and it bled EVERYWHERE. All of the piercings i've gotten from them have not worked out even though I did everything they told me to do for the healing process. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

i went in to get my tongue pierced for my sixteenth birthday, the woman who did it was very nice and professional. i've had my septum done here before and it was also a great experience

update: they pierced me with cheap jewelry which looks like brass with a silver coating, maybe go somewhere else :/

I got my first tattoo done by Izzy and he was amazing, no pain at all. My mom got hers done by heck and hers came out awesome as well. Ive gotten three piercing done there as well. They keep everything so clean and treat you like family.

Worst customer service EVER! I called to ask a simple question about an ear pierce price. The young girl who answered the phone kept on saying that she doesn't know anything because she only works there. She repeatedly said the same thing and just hung up on me. I was going to give much business to this company with 2 of my family members and I. I hope the owner sees this and corrects the petty problems that is costing a lot of business. She may of had a bad day but history of owning my own business I learned you should NEVER bring personal problems to the workplace. If it's her personality then she definitely should not be working there. No help whatsoever!

cheap and you get what you pay for they had a young tattoo artist who was not experienced with piercings (who didn't have any piercings herself) do my ears. The older lady who usually pierces told her not to use the flat back ear rings and when we went to the room and got it done she said "she told me not to put these kind on you but I'm going to do it anyway." I looked at my ears and they were noticably crooked, one piercing looked so close to the edge of my ear that it was about to rip off. I went back and she did them again. Even more crooked. I had to wait till they healed then went back and got the older lady to do them. Looked better but both got infected bad.
