Great customer servicefrom beginning to end. Amanda greeted as soon as we walked and let us know she would be right with us since she was attending to a customer. Once she was done and we asked us how she could help. We asked for a price quote and she said she would get one of the tattoo artist out to help. We asked her if they were busy with a client that we could come back. She let us know that all their customers are treated equally and wouldn't take long. We were seen quickly and Kale gave his opinion about the acorn tattoo due to the size we wanted. He was able to take us as a walk in. Kale does amazing work and we were highly satisfied with the detail he did on our acorn tattoo. He does great work. Will definitely come back for more tattoos.

I went to get a back tattoo. It was the smoothest process I've had. Tonee worked with me and started sketching my idea immediately. We set up a time and when I came back the design was absolutely perfect.
Tonee worked so quickly and I am absolutely in love with the design. I'm so happy with this place. Everyone is friendly, it's comfortable, the rooms allow for privacy, and the artists are amazing. They also ask you your price point and work with you. I recommend this place so highly.

Tonee knocked it out of the park! I came in wanting a cover up and provided several inspirations on what I was looking for. Tonee exceeded my expectation with his vision and he brought that vision TO LIFE! I LOVE what he accomplished!! I also really enjoyed the vibe at Ink10City and all the crew there. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Fantastic customer service and the place is super clean and kept up!

I went in the first day to talk about my idea for a tattoo to honor my grandmother. I spoke to Dalton, who sketched out a concept from the vague details I could give. We made an appointment and then it was time to wait. We did the work in two appointments, and Dalton was very easy to schedule (and reschedule) with. He was fun to sit with while he worked, felt completely comfortable.
What he did... It was more incredible than I could have imagined! The fine line work was just beautiful, circles that look like they were made by machine and not hand. The beads look like you should be able to grab them, even to me & they are on my wrist!! I already have plans to get my next three done by Dalton.
The shop is beautiful. It's clean, comfortable to go into, and everyone there is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Not enough stars for Ink10city!

I went to this shop on a recommendation from a friend and that was the best decision i could've made. I got tattooed by Juan, and had a fantastic experience! he tattooed exactly what I was looking for and was open to editing the design as much or as little as needed to achieve the finished product. super happy with the healing process, and my wonderful tattoo. only place I'll be going from now on!

The shop has a cleaning and relaxing environment. The front desk two different times I went in were welcoming, polite, and professional. I went in to get a sobriety tattoo. Sobriety has become a life changing event for me, and I wanted to celebrate with a tattoo. Tonee was the artist who worked on me. He did an amazing job!!! He was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. He radiates good vibes with authentic intentions. He wasn't some dude throwing ink on me, he is an artist that enhanced a memory that will remain close to my heart. I have found my forever tattoo shop with Ink10city.
