Edit to respond to the businessβ reply: my problem isnβt that I spent extra money, my problem is I spent extra money for an ugly tattoo that I could have done (and have done in the past) better myself for free at home. And it didnβt say anywhere on the website that it cost extra for hand tattoos or I would have chosen something else. You expect me to read the 10,000 signs in your store? With grammar and spelling issues similar to this response below? Any normal person would have a stroke lol.
Since this company wants to throw a tantrum instead of owning up to their mistake, I would also like to add: I was not given aftercare instructions, though I do have plenty of tattoos and know how to heal them (multiple tattoos on my hand as well since you donβt think I know how that works), he did not shave my hand first, and this is not faded. Itβs freshly healed as of a week ago. Absolute waste of my money.
I think this goes to show my original review stands~ even more so now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I got 2 tattoos done by Justin for the Friday the 13th sale. The experience was great, great music. He helped with a breathing technique to make the pain of the tattoo bearable and easier. He also used a type of numbing soap while working on me, so very little to no pain. I felt very comfortable, thank you Justin. Will be booking him to get more done.

Iβve gotten 2 tattoos by Martin and everytime he takes my vision and creates something amazing. Iβve also had 4 piercings by 2 different piercers and each time they were quick and professional. Definitely returning for more ink! The customer service is awesome and the people there are dope.

The gal's in the front were very friendly and helpful. I love my tattoos from Martin he did amazing job fixing my cross and adding the American flag. After that I got another one and he did an awesome job. Thank you I love them.

They have to use $10 piercings to get desperate people to use their business. The jewelry is cheap and the piercers have literally said they donβt know how to pierce or know everything about piercing. Go somewhere reputable and that is APP certified.
