If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of professionalism in connection with the abundance of attitude the one young man has is completely distasteful when it comes to customer service and rapport. He blatantly told me there weren't items that were in actuality "in stock" and then asked for me to go to another business in connection with the building to pick up what I was needing to help my clients. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT PROFESSIONAL HELP

Supply shop had a new guard dog there who will bite you if you are in the shop alone waiting for someone. Maybe get a ring camera instead if you don't have people to watch the store? Or train the dog to get someone instead of harming paying customers. Also didn't have hardly anything we needed. I don't like buying online but that's well have to do now. Used to be a decent place of business but they've become very stuck up. Zero stars.

Awful place, shelves are empty, and almost got attacked by dogs at the entrance, the clerk was really rude and seems to be intoxicated, ignore this place at all cost.

Mediocre selection and service. Cluttered store front paired with open sights to back of store disorganized chaos. Cashier did manage a half smile, half smirk, expression in response to me. They were majorly lacking on supplies, even basic equipment and materials. Someone missed inventory day... for 5 months straight! Sorry but it looks like it’s a good idea... “SOUNDS GOOD”...

Never answers the phone then when you walk in the guy is sitting down doing nothing. Now I know why they don’t answer, because they will tell you they don’t have what you need so they make you drive all the way over there to try to sell you something from what little they do have.
Should be more of a head shop, they always have glass wear 😂😂

I drove to this place with such excitement as I was hoping to purchase first timer beginner stuff. The guy at the counter was rude to say the least. Treated me as if I was an alien speaking another language. I informed him I was searching for beginner items such as needles for outlining simple shading "barrels" and ink. He ask what size I said I didnt know i was hoping he would know what needles i would need for beginner or if there was a variety kit he said yes then pointed me to a wall of over 50 different size needles. I stood there confused picked out a few and got yelled at for not picking 50 as if I knew a variety box came withb 50. All I needed was some help and guidance never again. I'm pleased to say I went to tattoo ink where I got all the help and professionalism i was looking for

I love this place. To begin with you should already know what you're looking for. And they may not answer the phone all the time or hardly any but that is for the reason that they are helping the customers that are there in person they're too busy helping them out instead of trying to talk on the phone. They can answer about half the questions but if you're going in there to buy supplies you should already know what you're getting. Two thumbs up

Site didn't have many products you could view And buy. It didn't have any ink you could buy online. I think the site may just be still being built. If that's the case then I wouldn't mind looking at it again once completely done.
