I was beyond impressed with this place. A clean environment and the entire staff really welcomes you. The talent that these artists possess is truly incredible. Nathan was a really cool guy and exceeded my expectations. This will be the only place I get my ink going forward.

For starters, the location is great, facility is clean and staff is very friendly and professional.

On December 9, 2021, I got my first tattoo by Karlo, who did an amazing job. I followed his aftercare instructions and proudly showed off my new tatt to friends and family. I work from home so his instructions to give the tattoo air allowed me to remain barefoot whilst working. By late December I noticed the design fading in some areas and totally disappearing in other areas. I contacted Karlo, who responded quickly and happily scheduled me for what was referred to as a "touch-up" on January 11, 2022. During that appt he explained that new tatts typically take 2-3 attempts before staying. This was a shock to me, as I had no desire to sit through this painful session again. I told Karlo that I worked out weekly so he suggested that I do light workouts and to refrain from submerging my foot in water for long periods of time. I told him that I'd do Yoga, which would allow the tatt to get air. I went the next 2wks doing Yoga and spending the bulk of my time barefoot or in sandals. I refrained from pedicures and only wore socks when absolutely necessary.

By the end of the month my tattoo had once again started to fade in certain areas and completely disappear in other areas. I reached out to Karlo again. The response time was slower, but I was eventually contacted by reception, who requested a $100 deposit and another $100 at time of service. I was clearly not pleased with these arrangements, as none of this had been conveyed to me at any point in the process. Karlo came to the phone and we discussed the arrangements, as he was certain that he told me I'd have to pay the next time around. I was certain that he hadn't. Long story short, he offered his apology and told me that he'd speak with his Mgr about the charges. I scheduled my appt.

On yesterday Feburary 25, 2022, the day of my appointment, Karlo informed me that he'd require $100 for supplies, but he'd cut me a break on the other $100 charge. This was disconcerting. I believe in paying people for their services but to what extent does one keep paying for the same unsatisfactory service? I excused myself to call my husband, who was not happy with the arrangements. During our conversation, I noticed a gentleman entering the building a few shops down. He was heavily tatted so I stopped him to inquire about his tattoos. He explained that he had never required any repairs/retouches to new tattoos and that several years typically pass before tattoos require any additional repairs/touch-ups. He suggested that the quality of the ink might have been a possible reason for my misfortune. With that, I opted not to move forward with the appt. I spoke to Karlo, who was certain I needed more time to save up money LOL! My concern was really the possibility of it fading again, the idea of sitting through that session for a fourth time and the fact that I'd be continuously throwing money at a service that wasn't being fulfilled. Karlo suggested that I wait another three weeks for healing time but I'm not certain I'll be returning.

My first tattoo experience hasn't been very pleasant.

My daughter loves this place, they do some spectacular tattoos, and the tattoo artist my daughter comes with is called Freddy, he is a master, congratulations to everyone in this place, also the prices are very reasonable

Incredible energy/vibe to the place as a whole. Everyone's chill, the artist that did my piece was really dope and a great conversationalist. Great artist as well.

April did a beautiful job on my tattoo! I sent her the idea that I had and she made beautiful version of it! This is my first tattoo and I will most definitely will be going back to her for my future ones!

Major shout out to Jesus. I was immediately impressed by his attention to detail, and you can feel the pride he has in his work. It's not just a piece here. Its true art, and there is a sense of passion and pride behind it. This place is the real deal.
