I love seeing Jayden for my tattoos she's so sweet , very friendly , kind , super comfortable to be around and I just went recently to get my septum pierced and Goose was awesome , very thorough , very friendly and very understanding!

Got a piercing done by Goose who came highly recommended and loved the experience! He was very kind & professional and made me feel comfortable every step of the way! The office and equipment was clean & sanitized and I'll definitely be going back for every piercing in the future!

I went with my sister yesterday to get ear piercings by Goose. After signing paperwork, we pay in advance for service. I did not add a tip, because why would I tip on a service I haven’t received yet, I had his Venmo information, so I could tip him after.
Well forget the tip. He pierced my mask to my ear. That’s right! My husband had to cut my mask off of my ear. I was horrified that Goose can give me a 15 minute speech about cleanliness but couldn’t inspect my ear after completion. I was too embarrassed and frustrated to walk back in.
Take your chances if you want, but I will never be returning to this shop for any service.

We at primal are sorry for your experience, but without being vocal on it at that very time you give us no fighting chance to make it right. Your own words, “ I was too embarrassed and frustrated to walk back in.”, I also believe that your embellishing on the fact that you say you couldn’t inspect your ear after completion. Perhaps you where in a rush? We at the studio have watched him encourage 100’s to, “ check out your new piercing, and let’s review the 3 rules.”.
If you would have simply came in and spoke to goose he could have taken care of the mistake in a clean safe and sterile manner, and you quite possibly have had the cost of the procedure refunded for your trouble, but being, “ too embarrassed “, ruined that chance. Again we are sorry for your experience. Have a great weekend.

It doesn’t sound like you are sorry, though. Just because you say you’re sorry then point the finger at me, tell me what I could have done differently and then apologizing again, is not a real or professional apology. You could have just said, “I’m sorry for your experience and wish you had given us the opportunity to make it right.”
I was not in a rush at all. I was excited about my piercings. I looked at them, but didn’t realize I was the one solely responsible. You are the professionals blaming a customer for not fully inspecting their piercing. I’m sorry I didn’t think I’d have to worry about my mask being pierced to my ear by a professional.
I wasn’t looking for a refund. I am such a kind, sweet, and soft spoken person, so yes this was something that was an embarrassing situation to me. Not to mention you had just pierced a mask to my ear, you think I want to walk back in and let you fix it? I wasn't looking for anything from you, refund or insult. I just wanted to share my experience so other readers could know what happened with me and let them make their own decision.

Goose did my first ever piercing and he talked me through everything i needed to know and made sure i knew everything about the piercing and how to take care of it, will definitely go here again for my future piercings!

I have had a few pieces done at this shop already and every time they do amazing pieces.
They work well with their customers, and do custom work for you. they are a bit more expensive than other shops but the quality and service are well worth the price. Puppet even did a touch up on my first one from him at a later date for a spot that was missed and didn’t charge for it. Will definitely be returning yet again

I love this place! The owner, Puppet, did my tattoo. He is very professional, and checks in on you throughout the process to make sure you are comfortable. The chairs are super comfortable and they even have tv’s in each tattoo room where you can listen to music or watch your favorite movie or show. Most importantly I love my artwork! I gave him an idea, he drew it up and made it even more beautiful than I could have imagined!!!

Goose was five stars! I have been hesitant on getting my nose pierced cause of the reviews for other places with attitude and prices. But I seen good reviews on goose and his attitude overall. Super glad I chose him. Made me comfortable throughout the whole thing and his after care explanation was great. $30 bucks for the piercing. Can’t beat that. Thanks goose!

Edit: in march i went and got snake bites from another piercer and different shop. Turns out they measured my vertical labret and it’s off center on my face, but it’s okay since goose asked me if the placement was okay and I said yes. It was my first facial piercing and I just wish I knew to get him to measure my lip first before sticking the needle in. You’d think I’d know but the excitement of getting my first facial piercing clouded my thoughts. Lol!
