I got my nose and ears there (the same day) the lady who did my piercings was super nice and talked you through the whole thing, she didn’t just stick you with the needle she counted down and made sure I was okay. I love this place so much highly recommend! MINORS BRING A BIRTH CERTIFICATE!!!!

Only got part of the tattoo done due to this shop’s unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and disorganization. The tattoo artist, Marcella, lacked responses literally at all, no showed 3 appointments (2 because she and her kids got sick, but that wasn’t communicated at all), and got rude about having to fix the design for the tattoo. Shop owner and artist were rude, unprofessional, and refused a 25% refund despite their consent form saying nothing about “No refunds”. Don’t go here. Elm Street in Dallas is great, though!!

The piercer was super quick and made me feel comfortable. I forgot to catch her name but she's cool. My friend and I each came in and were able to get different ear piercings and were out in like 20ish minutes. The prices are very reasonable.

VERY Unprofessional!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! FIND ANOTHER TATTOO/PIERCING SHOP IN WAXAHACHIE! I've been to immortal inc twice before this incident to get facial piercings and had no problems. About 9 weeks ago I came into their shop to get a small cover-up tattoo on my wrist. They did my tattoo, charged my $150 bucks and told me to come back if I needed a touch up after it had completely healed. After my tattoo was healed, I went into the shop on (9/18/21) and set an appt. for that Monday (9/20/21). When Monday came, I arrived at the shop, at the time of my appt. to find the doors locked and the building closed with a sign on the door saying "closed opening tomorrow at 1:00". No one from the shop called me to let me know they were going to be closed, and that my appt. was canceled. I went back the next day (Tuesday 9/21/21) to asked what happened and to see if I could reschedule my appt. The guy told me they were busy and asked me to write down my name and phone number and said that he would call me to reschedule my tattoo. He never did. The staff was VERY dismissive towards me. It was almost like they didn't care that I had enough respect for their business to do things the correct way and set an appt. I would've even paid for the touch-up had they asked. I feel like my tattoo wasn't a priority for them because touch-ups are suppose to be "free". but nonetheless, I paid $150 for them to do a cover-up that I can still see my original tattoo through. This has been the worst experience ever! I almost wish I never came here in the first place because Now I'm stuck with a design that I almost hate as much as I did the original tattoo. I would give 0 Stars if I could.
