Eric is always friendly and welcoming, and he cares about the satisfaction of every person in his shop. When you get tattooed by Eric, you can trust that you're in good hands.

Eric is extremely experienced, super friendly, and completely willing to listen to your ideas and try to execute them as best as possible. I had drawn something up and he took my drawing and made it into more than I could have ever expected, he made sure that it would look good as a tattoo and that it would look good for a long time. Usually when I take drawings into artists they hardly change it at all and just copy and paste. Which is fine, but a drawing is not a tattoo, there needs to be changes made in order for it to work on skin, last long, etc. There is definitely not a lack of knowledge or good customer service at this shop. Best shop in the Tyler/Whitehouse area.
