Very clean and staff was extremely professional! Got my daith pierced and my mom got her belly button pierced. The lady who did them was quick and made it a pleasant experience!! Highly recommended and will go back to them again!!!

Had an excellent experience when I was at Underground Tattoo! I took my daughter to get her nose pierced cause even though she was extremely nervous about getting it, she was dead set on having it done! The wait time was minimal, we may have sat there 5-6mins after we finished filling the form out before we were called back. The piecer was super friendly and done her best to set my daughter's mind at ease. She made sure to explain the aftercare procedures to make sure my daughter knew how to clean & care for her new piercing & she also answered all her questions. Not to mention she was ok with me being in there pestering my kid during the procedure!! Amazing job Underground!! Keep up the good work!

Go get your tattoo done by her! There are SO many examples of work that aren't posted online that she can do. Trust me, she can do your tattoo.

Worse tattoo I've ever received. Had to get it redone a couple months later. Not to mention I payed way too much for the tattoo. The artist charged me before he even completed the tattoo. Do not recommend this place when there is much better options near by.

I went to Underground after reading all the great reviews. Jessie did a great job on my diath piercing. I went by a couple of days later because it was hurting and they were really helpful with suggestions on how to get it feeling better. They even suggested changing the piercing to a titanium bar bell. A day later I decided to try the titanium. I totally figured I would have to shell out more money for another piece of jewelry, but they were great and said nope just come in and they would change it. Now it is feeling so much better. I will for sure go there for anymore piercings.

Rude staff. Do not know what customer service is. Make rules about piercings then change them after you comply. Unbelievably poor experience and would not come back if they were giving tattoos and piercings away. Iād give 0 stars if I could.
