I’ve been to this shop previously for some ear piercings and my nostril piercing and they were fantastic. I went for my first tattoo and Raul took care of it. I was blown away by the beautiful tattoo he gave me. Highly recommend this shop and especially Raul to anyone! He was very patient and made sure I was comfortable, he took his time and was awesome at answering any of my questions or concerns.

Audri was an amazing piercer! She did a great job at answering all of my questions when I got my ears pierced and made sure they turned out just the way I wanted. She was so welcoming and fun and really made the experience go well. I would highly recommend her for any piercing needs!

This is the only place I'll get tattooed. Every time I go, I choose a different artist. My top two favorites are Karla and Adam. Karlas moved on from My Pride from what I understand, but Adam is still there and does amazing. He wasn't very talkative while he tattooed, and for someone with social anxiety, that's perfect. He seemed to talk to others a lot, so don't let that deter you from choosing him to do you tattoo. Super cool artist. Super talented.

Dominique is the best piercer but not just doing the piercings.. as a person she really is the best. I’ve had 2 problems with my piercing and both times she saved me. I called her on a sunday (shop was closed) at 9:30pm and she still met me at the shop at helped me. I recommend her 100%

Quality experience, went with friends to get pierced. I forget the girls name, but she was friendly, funny and efficient. Had (when we went) dark hair with some neon green. Would definitely go back for another piercing, and look into getting tattooee there. Pricing is great as well.

Scheduled an appointment a month out got reschedule 3 times the day of, and than told sorry we dont have time. Wanted two simple small tattoos. Will never go here or refer anyone ever again. Horrible customer service. Go somewhere else that is managed better and has better service.
