I went to Remedy Tattoo to get my first tattoo today. I was super nervous about getting it done. I got Spencer and he did an amazing job and everyone there was awesome! I definitely recommend them for anyone interested in getting work done.

I had a tattoo that I had done previously from another shop that ended up being a pretty low quality tattoo, I contacted Macoy who had tattooed me previously and asked him if he could fix it, he fixed it so easily and for such a good price, it looks amazing! The customer service was great and all the artists were all so welcoming. If you’re stressed about getting tattooed I recommend this shop because of its over all welcoming and friendly atmosphere it definitely put me at ease, not to mention the quality of work these guys create is beyond worth their rates!

Great tattoos! We had an appointment at 12:00 but we ended up having some stuff happen so we couldn’t make it but they worked with us and we still got our tattoos. Definitely would recommend this place.

My brother and I were checking out shops for my first tattoo, when we walked into Remedy the vibe in there was super chill and the people were helpful. Came up and asked what I wanted to do and drew up a design that thought might work better than what I had in mind and I loved it! They tattooed me, my brother, and my girlfriend all in the same day and we all love the tattoos we got.

I went in for my first tattoo with Burdell and it was the biggest mistake of my life. When I got it I noticed the straight lines were crooked. When I asked why I was told that's just how it is until it heals. I got each planet on my forearm and the rings around Saturn are completely uneven and not the same size. I was told to let it heal and I probably wouldn't need touch ups but if I did just call. I called to get an appointment for touch ups the artist supposedly wasn't there every day. I went in completely polite asking if anything could be done to fix it. I got told in a very rude way by another artist it's not his responsibility and I shouldn't expect all tattoos to be straight. It's absolutely horrible and I'm stuck with it forever. I even gave him a big tip. Please save your money and go to Big Deluxe Tattoo right down the road they are going to help me fix it.

Unfortunately Burdell did my tattoo and I am very displeased with it. I am just trying to warn others.
Fortunately the owner of SLC Ink fixed it up and did an amazing job with it! I would highly recommend that place.

Tipped well out of principle, not because I felt the artist deserved it. Both of the employees in the shop were terse, rude, passive aggressive and acted like they didn’t care. I was so excited to go there after hearing such good reviews and SO disappointed as I left. Would not recommend Remedy if you want a real artist to consult with for design. You’ll end up with someone that prints a picture and mimics the work of others with a light tracer. I watched Big Eyes, maybe they should....
