The best experience I’ve ever had anywhere, you can clearly feel that there is no judgement soon as you walk into this place. They make you feel at home! I’ve gotten all my tattoos and piercing through them! Not to mention I travel from Idaho, which is a three hour drive!! Just to go to them! The owner is fantastic and is so patient! The way I saw her treat her workers was amazing! So much respect from her! 100/100 would do it again!!! Let alone made sure I felt no pain and numbed me and took breaks whenever I asked and talked me through my nervousness! LOVE HER!

I went in today to get some new jewelry with my best friend, I left with an extra piercing (my belly button) and beautiful jewelry! It was absolutely an amazing experience (my new belly button piercing is so cute)! Everyone their was so sweet and the atmosphere inside was so enjoyable! I will 100% be coming here for all my new piercing and for more jewelry!! Thank you so much ladies! ❤️

My daughter and I went to get piercings done and T was AMAZING! Very patient and helpful. They made sure that we liked the positioning and took time to choose out which earrings would be best! I highly recommend this place!

I got my first piercing done here a few days ago. After a decent amount of research about the places around me that do piercings, I decided that I liked the idea of a dedicated piercing shop rather than one that does tattoos and piercings. There a good number of them close by and most have decent reviews, some are a bit difficult to find reviews or information about their piercing services.

I felt informed about any risks as well as after care. The piercing was a lot less painful than I expected, so that was a plus. Placement was also perfect, she checked before piercing if I was happy with the spots marked. They checked on me the next day to make sure there were no issues even.

If I decide I want any more I would definitely return. Thanks again!

Had a nostril piercing done here and I’m SO PLEASED! The shop is clean and bright, the staff are helpful, and my piercer was amazing. A few days after getting pierced, the jewelry shifted and became uncomfortable. When I went in they saw me immediately and fixed it quickly and painlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you’re looking to have a simple piercing done, I would recommend this place. I got my left second lobe pierced here a few weeks ago and it has healed fine and it was pierced well. Originally I booked an appointment online, but when I showed up no one was there. They messaged me later telling me they had an accident any could get me in later and even offered to pierce me for free. I am extremely satisfied with how courteous they were and how they were willing to accommodate me despite their situation. Also, their shop seems relatively new, so there are definitely kinks to iron out, but overall it was a great experience and they courteous in our interaction and willing to work with you.

Based on the good reviews I thought I would give this place a shot…
I have had many ear piercings and always had very good experiences with each one before this. The piercer was very nice but didn’t seem very experienced at all to me. I decided to have my double forward helix done and let me just say it was the most painful piercing experience I have ever had and seemed like it took forever. I know sometimes it can be hard to get jewelry in so it can be painful and take a minute so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Well, the rest of the week it wouldn’t stop hurting and I couldn’t even move my face because it would move my ear and would hurt really really bad. I ended up just going to a shop in salt lake that I trusted to get a second opinion on it and they took it out for me because it was done wrong and causing a lot of pain and would never have healed. He said that she had missed the cartilage when she pierced and just gone through the skin so every time my ear moved the bar was just rubbing against my cartilage. He said another red flag I should’ve noticed was that they didn’t have any pure silver or gold jewelry but just plated jewelry which eventually could cause reactions if you’re allergic to whatever metal is underneath.
I hope this shop improves but I would be cautious if you plan on going here. As someone who has had many good and non painful piercing experiences, I now know I will stick to the places I trust and know are experienced professionals. That was a lot of money down the drain which is saddening but I’m glad I had a second look and had them removed.
I’m sure these are great people just don’t know how experienced they or whoever is piercing is and wanted to warn people with my experience.

Amazing experience! We had the address incorrect and ended up in SLC instead of Orem and they fit us in when we made it back to the correct town a good deal later. They discussed all questions and concerns and were friendly and professional. They are a fair price and very clean. We saw them clean and sanitize both before and after setup and piercings. T, the owner, is confident and skilled even with little ears. It’s been a long time since I have found a piercer I would feel confident going back to, and she is it. Seriously it is such a fun shop with a beautiful jewelry selection and friendly piercers and staff. So glad to find a piercer in the valley again that I have confidence in!

I have returned now and brought others and this shop never disappoints! I had the most empowering experience when I went in last and had the pleasure of Chelsea and I forget the other person’s name (sorry). I left feeling stronger and more confident than I have in so many years. Excited to visit again!

Just got done getting my nostril pierced and I can't recommend them enough! They were SO friendly and the atmosphere was so nice and welcoming. They were so quick and placed it perfectly! Would definitely come back!
