This place is a TOP NOTCH establishment. The people who work here are PROFESSIONALS, we walked in and had a difficult coverup and the OWNER got us in next day, he went above and beyond to help us out! Jose the ARTIST EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS, he designed and began an AMAZING TATTOO!
HE WAS HONEST and gave us the FACTS, HE was not just out for the money. I am leaving this review as we are SO HAPPY TO HAVE GOTTEN THE BEST TATTOO! Attached is after and before of the completed work. Just wanted to add that they were able to complete before our flight back home! JOSE went above and beyond to provide for complete satisfaction!!!

Cisco was our tattoo artist. He was very professional. He helped with my design since I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. He did an amazing job helping to design my tattoo from a picture that I had. I wanted a ghost dog to remember my dog Aspen that had passed last year. He went so far above and beyond with the tattoo. He was very friendly and nice through the whole process. He was very gentle during the tattoo and even went beyond his design and incorporated his own flair within the design. He was a truly amazing tattoo artist and I will definitely be going back again.

Great experience. The place is clean, the staff is really helpful and answered all my questions. I was nervous, just walking in to get my first tattoo, but Cesar put together exactly the design I wanted and it looks amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone--the cleanliness standards and design abilities of the artists are top notch.

Had an incredible experience with Chloe! Her line work and artistry is absolutely beautiful. Would recommend this shop and Chloe to anyone. We were walk ins and they accommodated us and made us feel so comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Cesar was fantastic! He freehanded an amazing coverup piece that took two sessions. I would 100% recommend him and this shop. Good vibes all around!

Jose at the Park City is absolutely the best! True artist and probably the coolest guy you'll ever meet. Took my design and made it 100 times better to commemorate 30 years with the same woman. He made his mark and joined in on our celebration.

Brittany was absolutely amazing!! I was out there last week for vacation and went with my sister in law and cousin to get different piercings and she did all three. I got my tragus pierced and I was pretty nervous and she made it so easy and comfortable and it hurt way less than I expected. All of the piercings she did for us are beautiful! It was a fun experience! Highly recommend!

I have been to this location twice…both times I had issues.. the first time I went to get my bridge piercing changed and they didn’t have the jewelry. So, I asked if I could stretch my septum.. they didn’t have the tapers or any jewelry(6 gauge etc). A piercing and tattoo shop should have the supplies and jewelry to be able to do the services.. they asked me to bring my own jewelry?! 🙄

Second time.. I showed up to my appt to get my ear gauged/septum gauged.. and their sanitizing equipment was broken/they yet again did not have the tapers to do the service.. (I made specific notes on my appt) that way if they couldn’t do it they would be able to notify me..

*Jace ended up piercing my navel instead. He did a great job and was this shops saving grace as far as me returning as a customer…

I came to Aloha with some of my girlfriends one night on a whim. The staff at the time was awesome with helping us create a design that we all loved! We had different artists and Nico did mine. He seemed a little rushed since it was a later time slot. He left before I could even pay and finished my small tattoo way before my friends (about 15 min). A few days later I noticed a dot and wavy lines on the side of the tattoo which was very noticeable. None of my friends had these markings. When I called Aloha to see what they could do, they asked for a picture. They then told me they could definitely see what I was talking about but said I must pay the minimum $150 to get it fixed. I had such a great experience being there at the time but seeing how they wouldn’t work with me with this mishap really disappointed me. It doesn’t seem like great customer service and I won’t be recommending them or returning. It’s a shame Nico was in such a hurry to leave the night of my tattoo and the shop wasn’t willing to work with me either.
