I had a couple piercings done today. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. I had a really nice experience with B, thank you for my new jewelry!

Brandy is amazing! She came in on her day off to help me. I drove almost 2 hours and she met me to pierce my daith for my headaches. It wasnt too painful and she was super sweet. My headaches were almost instantly gone. Thank you so much for helping me find some relief. I highly recomend this place to everybody!!!

Only place I would ever let touch me with a riddle! Mellissa has done two large amazing pieces on me that I absolutely love so beautiful!!❤️❤️ Justin has also worked on me and my husband. The work he has put in to my husbands is astonishing , mind blowing Biomechanical !!! Also had both of them have worked on my son same results NOTHING BUT PERFECTION!! Has been life changing! I had the daith piercing and not a headache since. It's only been 1 week but as a single mother of two teenage daughters it's been life changing!! I would recommend this to all migraine sufferers🤗! Thanks for giving me my life back.

Went to ask about pricing on peircing, figured I'd need to schedule an appointment, Braden was able to do them right than. Reasonable prices, amazing staff, and clean facility. I would definitely go back to them. You won't find a nicer guy to do your peircings than Braden.

I had a terrible experience getting my septum pierced on November 9, 2019. The woman immediately greeted me with a tone usually reserved for children, and ended up piercing the cartilage UNDER my septum. I bled profusely and I was worried about why it was so painful. She didn't work with me in placement-- the hoop hung extremely low. I was planning on trying to keep it, but every time the jewelry moved I was in an entire new world of pain. I called to ask if they would take the jewelry out for me, and they said they might charge me!!

Closed 4 hours early on a Saturday without notice and without a reason other than they felt like it.

Called 5x to make an appointment, someone finally picked up and I tried to schedule something for the weekend. They said the artist was 4 weeks out so I scheduled something for a weekday.

Came by the next day to put a deposit down and found out - they decided to shut down 4 hours early (eventhough I couldn't make an appointment the day before). Complete waste of time.

Overall the least professional shop/business I have worked with. Decided to cancel the appointment, anyone who can't pick up the phone and shuts down 4 hours early (while still having the open sign on) on a Saturday isn't someone I want to work with.

Seemed like nice people, just unprofessional.

walk in to see what the apprentice could do and she was honest and said she wasn't comfortable with what I wanted to do but she did say let me draw it up and I'll send you some pics of what I came up with. so I agreed we also set up an appointment for 1 week later in Saturday. during that week I haven't received any pics or messages of what to expect or even if she will end up doing it or not. so I did the same I never showed for my appointment and I also never got a call for that one either. I'm not a big fan of people not doing what they say they will do. I am looking to start two sleeves and my business will be taken else where just off this experience back to the hunt for a good honest shop.

Justin is my go to he’s done all of my work and does an amazing job. Highly recommended professional staff and a laid back environment. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
