Couldn’t be more happy with my work done by Ryan Campbell. He’s such a nice guy and does amazing work. He’s done my scapula and full right sleeve. I still need to finish a bit on it, but am so pumped with how it looks. I can’t even count the number of people who compliment the work and ask where I had it done. Anyone who asks me where to get ink done, I tell them go to 27. The atmosphere is classy and everyone there I’ve interacted with has been super welcoming and nice. I plan on coming back to this place for YEARS to get more of my tattoos done. Great place.

Back in 2013 Erin did a lotus piece on my back. I didn’t really know what I wanted, but I had an idea. She ran with it and honestly I love it so much. It meant everything to me. Since then she’s done my brows and a few months ago she covered up an ankle tattoo. I was nervous because the one I wanted covered was basically a black square. I love what she did with it & I get compliments every time someone sees it. They don’t even know it’s a coverup. Erin will forever be my tattoo girl. Thank you!

if you’re getting a tattoo for the first time, this is the perfect place!! Owen is awesome, he was very attentive and cautious. He didn’t make me feel weird or awkward at all! 10/10

Rick Mcgrath did mine and my husband's (wife writing this) tattoo here and I can't begin to describe what a phenomenal experience it was. My brother had recently passed away and we both wanted a tattoo memorializing him and Rick got us an appointment in <24 hours from when we called him!! And not only that, but he was so very kind and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Rick is exceptionally creative and talented but he also respects the customer's wishes to the utmost degree. I can guarantee you that you will come out with an even better tattoo than what you thought possible!! Also being a medical provider I can attest to his methodical approach to cleanliness and his thorough explanation of aftercare to make sure all his tattoos are safe and his customer's every question is answered clearly. Finally I just wanted to mention that this was my first ever tattoo and with Rick's relaxed and fun manner he put me completely at ease. Cannot recommend him highly enough, would never go to anyone else!!

Preston is the best!!! He has done 2 of my tattoos now and they are awesome. He pays close attention to detail. Everyone in this shop is so awesome!

The big caveat for 27 is that it will take some time to get an appointment. But it is worth it. The artists in this shop all are very friendly and talented. I am working with Annelisa. From the first contact to starting to put ink on skin took about 9 months, and I am so glad we too the time to get out visions right. She is an exceptional artist.

The studio itself is very clean and open. The studio has a southeast Asia vibe which is inviting. Over all I am ecstatic about my experience while getting a half sleeve done and will be coming back to work with Annelisa again.

Daniel did a great job on my tattoo. However, when I messaged him for a follow up to finish my tattoo he hasn't gotten back to me. I've tried multiple times now. I prefer to get a piece done by one artist but now I need to go find a different one. Very dissatisfied with the service with this particular artist.

Rating tattoos and artists is interesting, because both the artist and the recipient have invested so much personally into their piece, everyone thinks their tattoo artist is awesome. Needless to say it is difficult to look at tattoo studios and artists objectively. With that being said, in the most objective possible way, Nicolas Solis is one of the finest tattoo artists anywhere. His passion for art in general shows through his work. He is quickly becoming a very sought-after artist and I feel very fortunate to be one of his customers.

There are a few big names in the tattoo industry in Utah: Oak Adams, Vic back (27 owner), Jon Chatelain and I'm sure several others that I do not know, but you can put Nicolas in this group. Everything he does is stunning.

Hands down my favorite place to get tattooed. The staff is amazingly professional and the ambiance really sets the bar. It almost feels more like a spa than your regular ol' tattoo shop. If it's your first, second or millionth tattoo. Go here. You won't regret it!

Derrell Palmer is a very talented artist but he is unprofessional. It's hard enough getting scheduled with him and then he cancels 3 different times. I was just so sick of having to reschedule. 4 stars for tattoo 0 stars for reliability. He basically got to keep my deposit for his tip which I had a hard time excepting.
