Big Deluxe Tattoo

I went in looking for a shoulder piece and they were extremely helpful. Dude named McKay helped adjust where the tattoo should be placed and oriented. Without them I may have ended up with a terrible tattoo.

Curtis did an amazing job!! I felt so at ease and comfortable the entire time. He was so friendly and made the process so seamless and painless. He was thorough in explaining the process and aftercare and made me feel so prepared for the healing process. I am definitely planning on coming back again for any other piercings I decide to get!! Thank you Curtis!!

My friend and I were visiting from out of state and dropped into Big Deluxe Tattoo for a tattoo and piercing. The front desk was very welcoming. My tattoo artist was Sam. Let me just say… Sam is AMAZING. Killer personality and very helpful. I am so happy with his work! I would fly back here just to get another tattoo from him. Sam made a memorable experience even more memorable.

I’m not usually one to do this but i am upset with the service i have received considering it’s a tattoo.
quality, customer service, and lack of explanation.
i got my 5th tattoo on my finger about a couple weeks ago from steve.
for one, he barely talked. i was in a lot of pain and he never stopped to make sure i was okay. he was not considerate at all.
if this would’ve been my first tattoo, i guarantee it would’ve been the motivation to make me never get one again.
when i ASKED for after care instructions he said “hope for the best”
the lines are so inconsistent, it’s ridiculous.
i understand it is still healing and it is peeling.
i also understand it is a hard place to tattoo and its painful but my experience was very unpleasant all the way around.

I was a walk-in for a septum piercing, and when i was called in Curtis did amazing and got it done so fast and was so gentle! He talked me through the piercing because i was nervous and he was so kind & soft even with my slight anxiety in the room! I was in and out within 10 mins tops, he was amazing & the whole staff was very friendly! Only tip to people making same - day appointments, make sure you write the correct phone number down and it is legible 😹 awesome service & Curtis, thank you! you're amazing! ✨🤍

A awesome place to go to. Very laid-back while being very professional at the same time. I would highly recommend picking Brighton if you want awesome neo/traditional tattoos. Made me feel comfortable and presented awesome results. 10/10 would come again!!~

I’ve been getting tattoos at Big Deluxe for over 15 years. I had both of my half sleeves done there and the artists make you feel comfortable and I loved designing my pieces with the artists. As a woman, they always made me feel right at home and that my ideas were welcomed by the artist. Every time I’ve gone in since, all of the artists ask me about my art, even though they are now at least 5 years old. Piercing is also done very professionally! Last summer, I had Curtis pierce my friend who was visiting in town. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He walked her through the needed for after care. When we left my friend said she was relieved and excited for her new piercings and was glad we specifically went there and had Curtis do the work. To this day, she tells me how much she loves her piercings and wants to come back for more work! There’s some great artists working here! These guys (and ladies) are amazing and I couldn’t recommend a better place to feel welcomed, supported, and most of all, the level of professionalism is top notch. I’m scheduling my next piece now and know I’ll be in a safe and friendly environment. Love this shop!

I've always been able to hold my friends hands through their piercings and ink, but this place wouldn't let me go back with her. Weird!

This is an amazing shop. They have a friendly atmosphere and everyone is super helpful. I got a hand tattoo by Collier who is super chill and makes sure his work looks on point. I also got my Medusa pierced by Jesse and I've never had a quick and informative piercing experience like this one!

Highly recommend this shop whether it's your first piercing/tattoo or a new addition to a collection!

I have been a client of the Big Deluxe for pretty much my entire adult life, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there.

The many hours I have sat in the chairs of the studio or studios over the years have showed me there is a reason the Big Deluxe has been in business for as long as they have. The owner cares about every customer that comes through that door, making sure he does everything in his power to make their experience a great one. The shop employees are always very polite and very accommodating and the place is always spotless top to bottom.

I have referred friends and family to all go here and they have all had great experiences, I would highly recommend this shop for anything you need.
