Walked in when they opened and they got me a appointment quickly and were very kind. The atmosphere and space is very professional. Once the tattoo was start this being my first tattoo, the artist eased me into it very slowly and was very kind and funny. They did and stunning job in my tattoo and if I ever get another I will be going back to them.

Marcus was a nice guy but he did a bad job. Then refused to do any touch ups for us even thought that’s why we paid 100 bucks each for simple ring tattoos. Oh well, you live and you learn. Also, we didn’t see anywhere on the paperwork about getting a tattoo while you’re pregnant, and my wife was.

Bri is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After scheduling an appt a week prior, she texts my phone with all these excuses as to why she might not be able to pierce my tounge & my daughters ears at Lotus & wanted me to drive all the way to Provo, we ended up doing the piercings in Salt lake but after showing up 20 mins late she pierces my daughters ears & says she has to go to Provo & cant do my tounge anymore. She also didn't give any advice or tips on how to care for my 6mo ears. She's very Unprofessional & don't know how to work with children or handle situations properly, I Was looking forward to hopefully get some art work done there too but unfortunately I'll never go back & I'll be telling everyone I know not go there either.

Absolutely no customer service on the part of jou, refuses to refund $600 worth of deposit. Ownership and management should be ashamed to have such a person work for them.
