I am so glad that I chose Only Forever Tattoo! The shop is aesthetically really nice and I love that there was no question of it’s cleanliness. I chose to have my tattoo done by Carlos who was very personable, and made the entire experience from the moment I walked through the door to the moment that I left, a really great one. I brought a very specific script design of what I wanted, which he executed perfectly. I am so happy with my new tattoo!

I wanted to wait a little before posting my review but I got my tattoo done with Lilly. It was my second one, my first being filled in. I was extremely nervous but she took such great care of me! her skill is also amazing as it's such fine detail work and looks amazing even after hearing more recently. It was clean, professional, and a safe environment. I definitely recommend.

Love this studio so much but I’ll try to keep it short.
This is a design from my mind I sort of tried to get down into the description box without knowing what the final product should look like. Angel greeted me in the lobby a month later with his take and absolutely crushed it.
They do everything well and then some. It’s extra clean which is expected and necessary but Only Forever somehow exceeds expectations in cleanliness.
It’s wide open with giant windows. I’m not a big fan of watching tattoos so having scenery is an awesome plus.
Lastly and maybe most importantly, Only Forever is extremely plugged into the Salt Lake City community. They often have flash art tattoo days that directly benefit non-profits.
Couldn’t be happier, will recommend, will go back.

Went here for my first tattoo yesterday and it was FANTASTIC!!
Communication was very clear (through both email and phone) leading up to my appointment, reminders were given, and the place was SO clean and organized!
My artist was Lilly who did INCREDIBLE work in a short amount of time. I had anxiety about it being my first tat and was worried about making conversation, but she and others were chill about small talk or sitting in silence and just getting the work done.
Overall easy process, awesome communication, fantastic staff, and I can't wait to go back for more!
