Nice shop, and very clean, professional atmosphere. Went in for my first piece there and the staff were really welcoming and friendly. My tattoo was a pretty large undertaking, and the flexible scheduling helped move it along pretty quickly considering how many total hours went into it. Billy did a great job bringing my vision to life, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my sleeve.

I worked with Jesse Carlton who is an amazingly talented artist. He was so easy to work with. Not only did he give me a stellar tattoo but he was wonderful company throughout the process. The whole shop is very welcoming. Everyone I met there was so nice. I will definitely be going back here for a lot of my work.

I see Tori Loke here and the ink work and welcoming demeanor are superb. The cat tattoo is a cover up in progress and the chest tattoo is a finished large scale cover up.

I had an appointment scheduled with Bonnie at painted temple for the beginning of January. I was called on a work trip unexpectedly/short notice and requested to see if she could squeeze me in the morning of. She couldn't and no harm done, I asked to just reschedule.
The reschedule date didn't work out because she got Covid. All of this was fine but she put the responsibility on me to keep reaching out to her to reschedule. It became an issue when the only correspondence I had with her was through text (she didn't answer any calls). Multiple texts went unanswered and it became impossible to get ahold of her. Once I finally did after threatening to go somewhere else, she tried to blame me for texting her after business hours. I didn't expect an immediate response, but maybe the next day? Not a month later only because I reached out to her.
Probably a great artist but forcing your clients to reach out to you to reschedule when you break an appointment and then guilt tripping them for doing so "after hours" is extremely unprofessional. And once I finally did get a rescheduled appointment, she pushed me out to April 15 (two months from now). No accommodation for canceling our previous appointment.

I worked with artist Walt Watts and appreciated his professionalism. Very good at scheduling appointments, making adjustments when needed, and takes sanitation and cleanliness very seriously. The building has had a recent remodel and is a great facility. This shop sets the standard for the industry and I highly recommend 👌
