It’s truly no wonder this shop has such a high star rating. Genial was so incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I love the placement and hardware of choice for each of my new (and old) piercings. I came in with a group of 3 other girls and we each left with huge smiles on our faces. We already plan to go back for more and we can’t wait to see the new shop!

I came in with an irritated conch piercing. I had never been to Medusa’s before but they have been so so awesome. They’ve given lots of options to fix it and as of right now we changed my jewelry to start to heal it. I definitely will be keeping in contact while in the process and coming back for any other piercings I get. The staff are awesome and so so helpful!!

I had the BEST experience with a most painful reason for going in. My back dermals were infected and after 7 years of pain I went in on a whim and was taken in IMMEDIATELY by Geniel. Not only was she kind and understand but fast and absolutely amazing! She was able to take them out in ten minutes! No sweat! Many many thanks to her and for her time! This is truly a great place to have any piercing done ( or removed) we will be back in the future!
