I cannot say enough good things about Mike. I got my tragus pierced with him today and it was such an amazing experience. He was very funny and nice and made the whole process very easy. Would recommend for piercings!

I came last week to get my nose pierced as they accept walk-ins. Everything was okay, but the guy (I don't know his name as he didn't introduce himself) wasn't really nice. I was a little stressed and he wasn't empathetic at all, didn't really considered my feelings, shoved the Q-tip in my nose to disinfect it without telling me.
Anyway, after it was done, he barely gave recommendations to how to take care of it.
The piercing fell 1 week after it was done (when I was washing my face and I was careful!!) as it is a hook shape inside (difficult to describe) but not the usual nose piercing you'll find in other places.
I'm not judging on the tattoo side of the shop as I haven't got one there but for piercings I do not recommend the place. Sorry guys.

So lovely and friendly. They're very responsive to their Facebook messages. My piercing was quick, safely done, and had very little pain. And I felt no judgement for my nervousness!

I can't believe I forgot to review this place before, Amy did this tattoo back in December and touched it up today. It's looking great, and I'm definitely going to book more work with her soon! It's a wya better vibe than certain other shops around Burly.

Very clean, professional atmosphere. I got my septum done and was a little nervous, but my piercer was super friendly and I barely even felt the needle!

I just got my nose pierced, and I couldn't have of had a better experience! The staff was super friendly and informative especially the piercer, Gina. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time! She did a wonderful job with the piercing; I would definitely go back again!
